No right of withdrawal after execution
In accordance with the Korean Electronic Commerce Act on consumer protection, consumers generally have a legal period to withdraw. However, as this involves highly personalized digital content and a bespoke service that begins immediately with the client's express agreement, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the analysis has begun. By placing an order, the client formally accepts the start of the service upon validation of the photos and acknowledges that they waive their right of withdrawal once the processing has begun.
General refund conditions
No refund is possible once the analysis has been started by our studio or once the digital report has been delivered. Any order placed is final. A cancellation with a full refund is only possible if the request is made by email before the analysis begins, i.e. before any processing or validation of the photos by our team. Mandatory photo protocol
A detailed photo guide is provided upon order confirmation. The final quality of your analysis directly depends on following this protocol. Our studio checks the acceptability of your images within 24 business hours. If the photos are unacceptable (artificial lighting, filters, blur, poor angle), the client has 48 hours to send new ones that comply with the guide. If no compliant photo is provided within this timeframe, the order will be automatically cancelled with no possibility of a refund, as administrative processing time has already been committed by our team.
Nuance Image Studio Co., Ltd. cannot be held responsible for an inaccurate analysis resulting from the client's failure to follow the photo protocol.
Delivery times and delays
The standard delivery time for your digital report is 3 to 5 business days from the final validation of your photographs by our team. If this timeframe is exceeded by more than 5 additional business days (i.e. beyond 10 business days in total), and if this delay is attributable solely to our studio, the client is entitled to request the cancellation of their order and an immediate full refund by contacting contact@nuancestyling.com.
Compliance guarantee and manifest error
In the event of a manifest and flagrant error found in the delivered report (omission of an entire section, mix-up of a color profile, etc.), Nuance Image Studio Co., Ltd. commits to correcting and resending the amended analysis at no additional cost within 3 business days. The client has 7 calendar days after receiving the report to report such a technical error to contact@nuancestyling.com.

In the event of a manifest error on our part, the correction is immediate and free of charge. Our priority remains precision and the satisfaction of every client.
