Nature of the service
Nuance Image Studio Co., Ltd. offers personalized analyses, custom-made from the photos and information provided by the client. Each analysis constitutes an individual, exclusive intellectual service, based on a cross-methodology combining the Korean method and Western image-consulting principles.
Due to this highly personalized nature, each report is unique, non-reproducible, and non-returnable.
Pricing and payment terms
The prices of our digital reports (notably €97 and €167) are indicated and billed in Euros (EUR). Nuance Image Studio Co., Ltd. reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but services will be billed based on the prices in effect at the time the order is validated.
Payments are secured and processed by PayPal via the Visa and Mastercard networks.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Korean Electronic Commerce Act on consumer protection, consumers generally have a legal period to withdraw. However, as this involves personalized digital content and a bespoke service that begins immediately with the client's express agreement, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the analysis has begun.
By placing an order, the client formally accepts the start of the service upon validation of the photos and acknowledges that they waive their right of withdrawal once the processing has begun. Accordingly, the following two boxes must be checked before payment:

Refund policy
No refund is possible once the analysis has begun or the report has been delivered. Due to the bespoke, digital nature of the service, any order placed is final.
A cancellation with a full refund is only possible if the request is made before the analysis begins, i.e. before any processing or validation of the photos by our team. For any cancellation request, contact: contact@nuancestyling.com
Photo quality and protocol
A detailed photo guide is provided upon order confirmation. The quality of the analysis directly depends on following this protocol. Our studio carries out a check within 24 business hours.
If the photos are unacceptable (artificial lighting, filters, blur), the client has 48 hours to send new ones. If no compliant photo is provided within this timeframe, the order is cancelled without refund, as processing time has already been committed.
Nuance Image Studio Co., Ltd. cannot be held responsible for an inaccurate analysis resulting from non-compliant photos.
Delivery times
The standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from the final validation of the photos.
If this timeframe is exceeded by more than 5 additional business days due solely to our studio, the client may request the cancellation and full refund of their order by contacting contact@nuancestyling.com
Compliance guarantee and manifest error
In the event of a manifest error found in the report (omission of an entire section, profile mix-up), Nuance Image Studio Co., Ltd. commits to delivering a corrected analysis at no additional cost within 3 business days.
The client has 7 days after receiving the report to report any flagrant technical error to contact@nuancestyling.com
Applicable law and disputes
These terms of sale are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
Failing an agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Seoul, South Korea.
