Is my report generated automatically?

No, not at all. We use technological tools to ensure a certain precision in measuring contrast and proportions. But technology never replaces the human eye: every report is fully supervised, refined and validated according to the Korean method and Western principles by an expert consultant. It's this alliance of modern rigor and human sensitivity that defines the quality of our service.

What if I'm not satisfied with my report?

Our analyses are personalized services, based on your exclusive physical characteristics. Due to this bespoke nature, they are non-refundable once started, in accordance with Korean law. However, we guarantee technical accuracy: in case of a flagrant error or omission, our team applies an immediate, free correction within 3 business days.

What happens if my photos don't comply?

A detailed photo guide is sent as soon as you order — light, background, framing. We check your photos within 24h. If they aren't usable, we contact you immediately and you have 48h to resend them. Most of our clients get it right the first time.
